#24 Getting paid with ease

Cash flow is the cornerstone of any business. No amount of skill or passion can substitute for this when it comes to sustaining a profitable business. Setting up a well oiled system for getting paid from the get go will give your business the best chance for success.

In this episode, I discuss the three areas at the core of cash flow in business. I talk about the importance of properly tailored business terms and conditions, establishing effective internal processes and a strategy for handling complaints. I also discuss the finalisation stage and how having well designed internal processes and systems from the start will help you gain overall success.

As always, if you have any questions or comments, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always here to help.

TOPICS DISCUSSED AND WHERE TO FIND THEM:

[0:55]: Overview of the episode's topic, getting paid in your small business.

[1.35]: Cashflow is the cornerstone of any business. No amount of skill or passion will make a successful business without it. You need to set up a well oiled system for getting paid from the get go.
