speaking testimonial

“Her passion and enthusiasm were empowering. In the space of two one hour sessions, Tracey was able to demystify what is for most an unknown.”

Small Business owners often neglect (not intentionally), to consider the importance of the things that would protect the business, and the business owners from potential disputes that could lead to costly and often time unnecessary litigation.

As an industry body the IDA (Interior Design Association ) – recognised that many of our members did not have adequate protection in the way of their legal documents i.e. Letters of Engagement, Fee Proposals, Terms & Conditions and also website terms and conditions, which then led us to reach out to Tracey Mylecharane.

I had been following Tracey on social media, and found her approachable manner really engaging, and her posts, blogs and podcasts were so informative and easy to understand – so I made contact with her and invited her to run two online sessions with our design community on “all things legal”. In the space of two one hour sessions, Tracey was able to demystify what is for most an unknown, in the simplest format, and answer questions that has offered a clearer understanding of the bare minimum our members require as part of their business documentation. On behalf of the IDA, I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Tracey for offering up her time to share such invaluable knowledge with us.
