#63 Does spirituality have a place in business, with Ruby Lee

My guest today is the incredible Ruby Lee. Ruby is a strategic and intuitive business coach and I’m so grateful to have her on the show today to discuss spirituality. She is an absolute wealth of information and experience regarding energetics, intuition and spirituality and is sharing her expertise with you today.

In this episode, we’re discussing if spirituality really has a place in business. Previously, I’ve always operated from a very rational and logical manner of thinking, but I've learned how much spirituality has impacted my business over the last 3 years.

We discuss the spiritual journey that led Ruby to start her own business and how her childhood and a little spark of interest in Astrology led her down a self-discovery path.

Ruby talks about the power of journaling and how it is a space of unlimited possibilities for you to rewire your neural pathways, change your belief system and begin to believe in new ways.

I know you’ll find so much value in Ruby’s words. She is truly inspiring and will have you consider your energy's impact on business in a brand new way.

TOPICS DISCUSSED AND WHERE TO FIND THEM:

[3:55]: Ruby shares her background, her spiritual journey and her previous corporate career.

[9:32]: Ruby discusses how spirituality is essential in business. If you don’t like the word ‘spirituality’, use the word ‘energy’.

[11:29]: When you learn how to master your energy through understanding your spirit, you make the biggest impact.

[14:46]: An interest in Astrology led Ruby on a journey to find out more about Human Design and oracle cards.

[19:51]: Journaling has to come to you at a time when you’re ready. For Ruby, journaling is a space of unlimited possibilities.

[24:38]: As your neural pathways start to form, your belief system starts to reprogram. You begin to act differently and believe differently. Journaling takes away the fear and anxiety and puts you in a place of pure positive power.

[27:12]: Journaling is a bridge to come back to trusting our intuition.

[29:58]: Where to find Ruby.

Hi there! I’m the founder and head architect behind Creative Process Collective, as well as owner and designer over at January Made Design.  You can guarantee I will greet you with an over the top smile and talk your ears off about all things creative, small business and probably pets (everyone loves pets). Serial over-sharer on social media, you’ll be able to find me most days sitting at my trestle table working away with a green tea and surrounded by too many house plants and most likely a cat stretched across my keyboard.
