Tracey Mylecharane is an entrepreneur in the legal industry, having founded her own business, a virtual law practice, just under 3 years ago. Tracey has been in the law for just over 18 years, & when it comes to what can go wrong in business there is nothing she hasn’t seen.

I didn’t have aspirations when I was young to become a small business lawyer. I wanted to become a criminal defence lawyer and save the world one client at a time. Fast forward to now, I’ve practiced in various areas of law, including criminal defence, and I have spent time teaching law, too.

“How much does a lawyer cost” is something that gets asked a lot. Any rightly so. As business owners, we all need to plan expenses, and we need to know that our spending fits within our budget.

But how do you get an accurate gauge on what the real cost of an Australian business lawyer really is?

Trying to identify all the things you need to know for running your small business can be overwhelming, confusing, and confronting. Introduce the legal aspects of all things small business into this mix, and that can be a recipe for real frustration!
